  • If you were telling a family member or friend about my services, what would you say to them?  "John does a quality job, but with that and him doing all the work, or the majority (grouting looks fabulous), it does take time. Well worth it."

However, if something could have changed, better notification on tub faucet issues would have been appreciated if known.(Our response - There's no way to know how a previous plumber may have plumbed a tub until the tub is actually taken out.)

  • What did I do well? “Excellent help answering questions. Very good at details and offering advice/recommendations. Quality work."

  • If you were telling a family member or friend about my services, what would you say to them?  "Same as above and loved the bid breakout. The bids do take longer to put together, but worth the wait. Great at trying to meet your goals (ex: keep budget down, or higher end)."

  • What did I do well? “Our project was small in comparison to many of your other projects, yet you gave us full attention and your focus on one job at a time made all the difference. It showed us you cared about our project and were fully devoted to it!"

  • If you were telling a family member or friend about my services, what would you say to them?  "If you want quality workmanship, attention to detail, dependability, and focus on your project, call John! He is professional, courteous, and true craftsman."

On the Customer Satisfaction Survey, there were 10’s checked in all the areas of expertise like delivering on what he promised, being accessible when there were questions, listening to their wants/needs, bids and invoices easy to read and understand, etc., but we did only receive an "8" for "I was accessible when you needed to contact me," due to the fact that we were on vacation when she called to schedule the bid and waited two days for us to return her call. Her comments were as follows:

  • If you were in charge of my business, what would you change?  “Partner with multiple granite fabricators so completion of work is not dependent of the sole fabricator. You'd have other options.(Our response: We've worked with several other fabricators and, each time, have had problems with the installers showing up and/or installing properly, so we choose to only use Rock Solid as we've learned not-so-good lessons elsewhere. Being able to use Rock Solid is worth the wait as you can see by her last comment below.)

  • What did I do well? “Quality of work is superb! You take time and very deliberate to produce beautiful results. You also made suggestion to make island one level which turned out to be great!"

  • If you were telling a family member or friend about my services, what would you say to them?  "You can trust John for your renovation and remodeling needs. He does quality work and very reliable."

  • "Thank you so much for making my kitchen so beautiful. What a transformation! I am so happy. It was all worth the wait."

  • If you were telling a family member or friend about my services, what would you say to them?  "I've already referred John to several people and said they would be so happy with John's work. We are thrilled with our bathroom!!!! Also, Roni's ideas at our initial meeting were very helpful!!"

"John installed the backsplash in our kitchen. The material we chose turned out to be difficult to install and the kitchen had some unusual angles. John managed to work through problems, was creative, and did an excellent job for a good price. Our kitchen looks amazing. John was clean, tidy, quiet, on time, always professional and friendly. We plan to hire John for other work in our home in the future."
